scheduling coaching sessions

You can book sessions up to 2 weeks in advance.

The reason for the 2 week window is, our coaches (being actors themselves) don't always know what they're doing more than 2 weeks from now, so you'll always see availability for the next 2 weeks and it will be accurate.

canceling/rescheduling coaching sessions

You must cancel or reschedule AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the session to avoid penalty. 

If you cancel or reschedule WITHIN 24 hours of the session, you will be forgiven the first time with no penalty (a "free pass" for your first time). 

Every time after your first time, you will lose the session.

COACHING ASSIGNMENTS

When you book your sessions, you'll get an email confirmation and the system (not you) will assign the coach for that particular session. 

This is intentional on our part.

We've found that getting diverse feedback from reliable coaches across multiple sessions is the best way to improve your work. 

Don't take our word for it, ask our former students.

As artists, we relate to people differently, and our work benefits from exploring the material with different coaches.

If you would like to make a specific request, you can do that, but we recommend you trust the system and have a blast with each coach you work with.

refunds

We doubt you'll ask for a refund because actors love our mentorship, but here is the policy for your reference. The deposit is non-refundable - that gives you access to our monologues, our support, our school list, anything you need prior to your start date. 

After your start date, if you feel the coaching is not working for you, you can get all your money back (not including the deposit) by the end of your 3rd coaching session.

If you want a refund after your 3rd session, you will get a partial refund for any unused sessions. That gives you enough time to experience our coaching and determine if it's valuable to you.

ensuring payment methods are up to date

*If you paid in full and are not on a payment plan, this does not apply to you.

If you are on a payment plan and your card declines, service is suspended until you update your payment method.

Once you update your payment method, you can resume your coaching sessions.

By using our coaching, we expect you to follow these House Rules, which are designed to maintain the highest level of support for you and the highest level of respect for our coaches.
