scheduling coaching sessions
You can book sessions up to 2 weeks in advance.
The reason for the 2 week window is, our coaches (being actors themselves) don't always know what they're doing more than 2 weeks from now, so you'll always see availability for the next 2 weeks and it will be accurate.
canceling/rescheduling coaching sessions
You can cancel or reschedule AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the session with no penalty.
If you need to cancel or reschedule inside the 24-hour window, you will be forgiven the first time with no penalty (a "free pass" for your first time).
Every time after your first time, you will lose the session.
When you book your sessions, you'll get an email confirmation and the system (not you) will assign the coach for that particular session.
This is intentional on our part.
We've found that getting diverse feedback from reliable coaches across multiple sessions is the best way to improve your work.
As artists, we relate to people differently, and our work benefits from exploring the material with different coaches.
If you would like to make a specific request, you can do that, but we recommend you trust the system and have a blast with each coach you work with.

To prevent anyone from abusing this, the guarantee is effective through the end of your 3rd session. If you want a refund after your 3rd session, you will get a partial refund for any unused sessions.

If you are on a payment plan and your card declines, service is suspended until you update your payment method.
You will automatically receive an email notification and a link to update your card.
Once you update your payment method, you can resume your coaching sessions.
